Early mornings in Boston Public Garden in late September just hits the spot; golden morning glow, green willow trees, and fall foliage starting to turn. Despite never having been photographed before, Amy and Jeffrey’s immediate love and connection shined through any fears they had. I have been dreaming of sharing these photos ever since I got home and had them on my computer.
Amy and Jeffrey have been together for 7 years, and are getting married this year in 2026. They love walking the city together and going on hikes with their adorable dog Bumi (who they also brought for some photo ops to their session). These two were relaxed and playful during their session, and they were down for any pose, prompt, or fun idea I may have had.
Every location they chose for their engagement session was intentional. We started out at Boston Public Gardens, then made our way over to the Charles River Esplanade to pay homage to where they got proposed. We then hiked over to Chinatown, where Amy and Jeffrey often visit for a bite to eat. We made our way back to Park Street MBTA station and got a few fun pictures in the subway tunnel; and closed out the day with vanilla ice cream cones.
Congratulations Amy and Jeffrey! I cannot wait to photograph their wedding day this summer!
